Welcome to our Welsh Corgi Cardigan kennel Z Jurajskiego Zamku, registered since 2012 with the Polish Kennel Club (ZKwP), a member of the FCI. Here, passion meets professionalism to create a special place not only for our dogs, but also for the many visitors and enthusiasts of this extraordinary breed.
My name is Magdalena Janiec – I am the founder and heart of this kennel, and my love for dogs has been with me since early childhood.
I graduated from the Faculty of Animal Science at the University of Agriculture in Kraków and completed postgraduate studies titled "The Dog and Its Role in Society" at the Department of Genetics and Animal Breeding at Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW). My professional journey began back in 1993 with dog training – initially with my own dogs, and later with many others. Over the years, I’ve gained experience through numerous courses and seminars that deepened my knowledge in areas such as behavior, nutrition, and grooming – not only of dogs, but also cats and horses.

My journey with Welsh Corgi Cardigans began nearly 15 years ago, when I first encountered the breed. From that moment on, these dogs became not only my passion but also my life’s path. In our kennel, we place the highest value on care, ethics, and raising healthy, well-balanced, and joyful dogs. Each puppy grows up surrounded by love and respect – this, we believe, is essential for their development.
As a certified instructor, I base my work on the principles of positive reinforcement, patience, and understanding. I believe the best results come from building relationships rooted in empathy and cooperation. This is the philosophy I apply both in training and in the everyday care of our Corgis.
At Z Jurajskiego Zamku, we place great importance on early socialization and carefully selecting future families to ensure every Corgi finds a loving and suitable home.
Socialization begins in the very first days of a puppy’s life – they are exposed to different people, sounds, and environments, which prepares them for life in a dynamic human world. We make every effort to ensure our future puppy owners are equally committed and aware of their new companion’s needs.
